Valencia Atlas Password and Personal Identification Number (PIN)

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a secure password that grants access to student records and allows you to register for classes electronically. When creating your Valencia Atlas account, you will be asked to select an alphanumeric password which will serve as your PIN each time you log in.

Creating a unique PIN will enhance security for your student records. Be sure not to forget it as you must enter it every time you log in to Atlas.

How to Register for Classes through Valencia Atlas

Students register for class(es) online through their Valencia Atlas account. If you do not have access to a computer at home or at work, students may still register in person at one of the Atlas Access Labs on campus.

  1. To register via the web, log in to your Atlas account and if necessary, select ‘Sign up for an account’ and follow the online instructions.
  2. Once logged in to your Valencia College Atlas Account:
  3. To enroll for classes, select the Courses tab and then click Registration within the Registration channel.
  4. Finally, click Register for Classes to confirm your selection.
  5. Select a registration term and click submit. On the Registration Planner, select your classes to create an organized class schedule (click here to watch a 90-second video describing its advantages).
  6. Send Your Class Schedule to Your Registration Cart
    After clicking “register,” in your Registration Cart you’ll be prompted to update your Valencia Alerts and submit a Student Enrollment Agreement before you can complete registration – simply return back to the same screen after submitting this agreement.

Be sure to verify Your Registration Status (Step 2) to view your registration day, time (Registration Time Ticket), and other pertinent details that could affect your registration.

Confirm that you have successfully registered into all of your classes by clicking on your Student Detail Schedule (you will need to print this document in order to purchase books for each of your classes).
